I worked with James Hardin on a case against a former employer. He listened to my complaints, outlined the potential case, and went right to work contacting them and announcing our intent to sue. In a matter of weeks we had a mediation scheduled, and within hours I had settled for 15x(!!!)more than they had offered me as severance. I have recommended this firm to several coworkers since then and I know James has done a thorough job with them, as well. HIGHLY recommend working with this firm if you've been wronged by your employer.

Non-Compete Help. I recently left my former employer to start my own company. Unfortunately, my former employer wasn't so happy with my decision and threatened a suit for Non-Compete and Trade Secrets. With James' help we were able to shoot down their claims and document a potential countersuit. He was very helpful and very reasonable with the hours charged.
